First, check your tracking - sometimes packages are marked delivered but left in an unexpected spot (garage, side door, mailbox, neighbor, apartment office).

Contact us at books@dreambooksco.com with your order number. We'll:

  1. Check tracking details to see where the carrier indicates delivery
  2. Work with you on a solution, which may include a refund or replacement

For "lost in transit" packages: We'll file a claim with the carrier and work on a resolution right away.

Delivery to wrong address: If you entered the wrong address, let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to intercept the package or reroute it.

Stolen packages: If you believe your package was stolen, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution. For future orders, consider:

  • Requiring signature on delivery
  • Using an Amazon Locker or pickup location
  • Having packages held at the post office or carrier facility
