If you received a refund for a lost or missing order and the package later arrives, we ask that you repay for the order you received.
Why this happens: Sometimes packages are significantly delayed or appear lost in tracking. After issuing a refund, the package is later found and delivered. When this occurs, you've received both the refund and the book.
How to repay:
Due to marketplace limitations on reauthorizing payments, we can't simply re-charge your original payment method. Instead, please use one of these options:
Option 1: PayPal
- Send payment to books@dreambooksco.com
- Select "Payment for Goods or Services"
- Include the order number and book title in the notes
- Amount: The original order total you were refunded
Option 2: Check
- Make check payable to: Dream Books Company
- Write the order number and book title on the check
- Mail to: Dream Books Company 4455 Grape St Denver, CO 80216
- Amount: The original order total you were refunded
Finding your order details: Check your original order confirmation or shipping notification email for the order number and amount.
