Our practices:
Limited access: Only authorized Dream Books Co. staff access customer information, and only when necessary to fulfill orders or provide customer service.
No unnecessary data: We don't collect or store information we don't need. Payment processing is handled entirely by the marketplaces.
Secure communications: Emails to books@dreambooksco.com are handled securely. We never ask for sensitive information like credit card numbers via email.
What we don't do:
- Store credit card information
- Share data with third parties for marketing
- Send unsolicited emails
- Sell customer lists
If there's a breach: In the unlikely event of a data security incident, we would notify affected customers promptly and take immediate corrective action.
Your role in security:
- Use strong passwords for marketplace accounts
- Don't share account credentials
- Monitor your orders for unauthorized activity
