If your book arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

What to do:

  1. Take a photo of the damage (helpful but not required)
  2. Contact us at books@dreambooksco.com or through the marketplace
  3. Include your order number
  4. Describe the damage

Common shipping damage:

  • Bent or crushed corners
  • Spine damage
  • Water damage
  • Torn covers or pages
  • Completely destroyed package

What happens next: We'll evaluate the situation and provide a resolution, which may include:

  • Full refund
  • Replacement if available
  • Partial refund if you want to keep it despite damage

Do I return the damaged book? We'll let you know whether we need it back or if you can keep/recycle it.

Prevention: We continuously improve our packaging based on damage reports. Your feedback helps us pack better in the future.
