If your book arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
What to do:
- Take a photo of the damage (helpful but not required)
- Contact us at books@dreambooksco.com or through the marketplace
- Include your order number
- Describe the damage
Common shipping damage:
- Bent or crushed corners
- Spine damage
- Water damage
- Torn covers or pages
- Completely destroyed package
What happens next: We'll evaluate the situation and provide a resolution, which may include:
- Full refund
- Replacement if available
- Partial refund if you want to keep it despite damage
Do I return the damaged book? We'll let you know whether we need it back or if you can keep/recycle it.
Prevention: We continuously improve our packaging based on damage reports. Your feedback helps us pack better in the future.
