- Staffing shortages
Geographic factors:
- Remote or rural areas may take longer
- Cross-country shipments use full 10-day window
When to contact us:
- Order shipped more than 10 business days ago
- Tracking shows no movement for 5+ days
- Tracking shows "exception" or error
