Before we ship: If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it.

- Your order number
- What you need to change or cancel
We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. If we've already shipped, we can't cancel but you can return it once received.
After we ship: Once shipped, the order can't be modified or cancelled. You can:
- Refuse delivery (package will return to us and we'll refund you)
- Accept delivery and request a return
Changing shipping address: If you need to change the address before it ships, contact us right away. Once USPS has the package, address changes must go through USPS directly.
Cancellation refunds: If we successfully cancel before shipping, you'll receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Best practice: Double-check your order details before completing checkout to avoid needing changes.
