Check your tracking number - you received this in your shipping confirmation email from the marketplace.
To track your package:
- Use the tracking link in your shipping notification email, OR
- Enter your tracking number on the USPS website
- View current status and delivery estimate
Or check directly through your marketplace account - they show tracking status on your order page.
How our shipping works: We use Bound Printed Matter shipping, which is handled by consolidators (DHL, OSM, or UPS) with final delivery by your local post office.
When will it arrive? Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. See "Understanding delivery estimates" for more details.
Tracking shows no updates: Tracking may not update at every step as packages move between carriers. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3-4 days, contact us at books@dreambooksco.com.
