  2. We'll locate the order
  3. We'll work out a solution with you

Don't have the order number? Tell us:

  • The book title and condition
  • Approximate date you received it
  • Marketplace it came from (if known)

Gift return options may include:

  • Refund to original purchaser
  • Store credit or gift card
  • Exchange for a different book

Privacy: We handle gift returns discreetly.

Time limit: Same as regular returns - 30 days from delivery. After that, we'll still work with you but options may be limited.
