  • We sent the wrong item
  • The return shipping cost doesn't make sense for the order value

We may ask for the book back when:

  • We need to send you the correct item
  • The order value is higher
  • We need to verify the issue

If we ask you to keep it: Feel free to donate it to your local library, pass it along to a friend, or recycle it if damaged.
