  3. Click "Return or Replace Items"
  4. Select your reason and submit

On eBay:

  1. Go to Purchase History
  2. Find your Dream Books Co. order
  3. Select "Return this item"
  4. Follow the prompts

On AbeBooks:

  1. Go to My Account > My Orders
  2. Find your Dream Books Co. order
  3. Click "Return or Exchange"
  4. Complete the return request form

On Alibris:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to Order History
  3. Select the order and click "Return Items"
  4. Follow the return process

Bought directly from us: Email us at books@dreambooksco.com with your order number and the issue.

What you need:

  • Your order number
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photos (helpful for damage or condition issues)
