Are you taking precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus?

We care about the health and safety of our customer and staff. The staff wear masks and gloves as well as wash/sanitize our hands often. We also sanitize our work stations daily. We will be following Denver's mask mandate for in-store business until further notice.

How do in-store pick-up orders work?

We offer in-store pick-up for local customers at our store between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, located on the north side of our warehouse at 4455 Grape St. Simply walk in the door and one of our employees will be in to assist you promptly.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed an a Friday are generally shipped on Monday due to being closed on Saturday and Sunday, however, if the weekend volume was high Friday orders might be shipped on Tuesday. Holidays may affect when your order is shipped. (i.e. we are closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday as well as the following Friday) You will get an email with the tracking number once the order has shipped. Why has USPS not received my order?

Your package may still be in the hands of DHL and in route to your local service provider.

The tracking information says that my order was delivered, but it never arrived at my home?

On occasion the USPS mistakenly scans the package as delivered within it is still being held by them. Please contact you local post office to see if your package is on hold. Let us know if you have any further questions. 

The tracking information says my order is experiencing a delay?

During the holiday rush or periods of significant bad weather, the transportation and delivery of an item will take longer than usual, and tracking will mark it as experiencing a delay.

Why was my item canceled?

If an item was canceled the item was either our of stock or the staff felt that the item was to damaged to send. You should have received an email prior to the cancellation. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If given notice right away an order can be canceled. If the order has already been processed and shipped it will be too late. Upon arrival just mark return to sender. Once the order arrives to us we will issue a refund.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, however, we will need to be notified as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped it will be to late.

How can I return an item that arrived damaged?

Please reach out to us at with the details of your order and we will remedy the situation in an appropriate manner.

Do you ship to prisons or correctional facilities?

Yes, however, you will need to check with the facility's guidelines. Each facility is different. Some facility's only allow certain books or for books to only come from major book stores.

I can't find an item I'm looking for on your search engine?

Please be mindful that you have spelled the title or the author's name correctly. (i.e. 'J.K. Rowling,' instead of 'JK Rowling.' If you continue to have trouble, feel free to reach out to us via and we will be happy to look for you.

Can I see an image of the item that I would like to order?

Please email and we will send you photos ASAP. If you have any particular concerns, please specify them and we'll cater the photos to your needs. We do not currently offer videos of items.

Do you offer discounts? Can I haggle for a lower Price?

Our prices are generated by an algorithm that is based on current market value for any given item. Prices may fluctuate, but we do not offer discounts of any form at this time. If a price seems extreme, please reach out to us and we will look into it. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do not currently at this time.

How can I donate my used books?

We offer low to no cost pick-up services for large donations, and have flexible dock hours for recycling services at our warehouse in Denver, located at 4455 Grape St. At the same location we also have drop-off boxes for smaller donations.

Do you have donation recipts?

We do not currently have paper donation receipts. However, our donation bins do have a QR code on them for a digital donation receipt form.
